First Cake!

This is my very first cake for my class. First time ever using this type of frosting. I am not so sure I like the way it taste, but I am hoping to do some of my own flavor modifications. We have to use the recipe that the whole class uses, but we can change it a little. I am really learning a lot. I think I might like working with frosting better than fondant! Although fondant is still really fun. I made my frosting at home and found out I didn't make it stiff enough, so next time hopefully I will master it. As for now, here is how it turned out. I know I might be over killing here, but I like to make collages!!
